Foxwoods reveals late summer entertainment schedule

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Foxwoods Resort Casino, the Northeast's premier resort destination, is ensuring that guests make the most of the dog days of summer with an entertainment lineup that will appeal to all ages and interests. Live shows including musical acts, comedy stars, world-class illusionists and circus performers are scheduled to thrill audiences at the Grand and Fox Theaters.

For guests looking to soak up the late summer sun, the Fox Tower is the place to be for Liquid Sundays, the Northeast's only outdoor Vegas-style pool party held weekly all month long. And for those craving the ultimate VIP experience, Foxwoods invites guests to take in a show or host a private event at The Music Box, an exclusive ultra-lounge inside the Grand Theater that includes a red carpet entrance, themed menus, flat screen TVs, state-of-the-art sound system and private service for up to 25 people.

The Texas Tenors

The Texas Tenors – the breakout vocal trio from "America's Got Talent" - will dazzle the Fox Theater crowd with their Emmy Award-winning blend of opera, pop and country music, seasoned with a Texas flavor. Tickets are $60.

Hannibal Buress
WHEN: Aug. 5, 7:30 p.m.
WHERE: Fox Theater

Hannibal Buress, star of Comedy Central's hit series "Broad City" and the animated feature sensation "The Secret Life of Pets," will bring his internationally recognized brand of humor to Foxwoods to kick off the month's comedy offering. Fans can also catch him co-hosting Adult Swim's "The Eric Andre Show" or in his third standup special "Comedy Camisado" currently streaming on Netflix. Tickets are $65.

MY2K Tour: 98 Degrees with O-Town, Dream and Ryan Cabrera

Turn of the millennium nostalgia explodes into the Grand Theater this month when a collection of music's biggest acts from the 2000s take the stage: 98 Degrees, O-Town, Dream and Ryan Cabrera. Fans can relive their boy and girl band crushes singing along to top Billboard hits including "The Hardest Thing" (98 Degrees), "Liquid Dreams" (O-Town), "He Loves U Not" (Dream) and "On the Way Down" (Cabrera). Phillip Phillips and Matt Nathanson

Experience a night of soulful music from a pair of gifted singer/songwriters, featuring "American Idol" winner Phillip Phillips - acclaimed for radio hits like "Home" and "Gone, Gone, Gone" - and Matt Nathanson, whose smash singles include "Come On Get Higher" and "Faster." Bill Blumenreich Presents Wanda Sykes

Eva Marie at Liquid Sundays

Eva Marie, WWE Diva and star of popular E! reality TV series "Total Divas," will host Foxwoods Liquid Sundays at the Fox Tower Pool. Guests can reserve one of the pool's luxury daybeds or cabanas equipped with flat screen TVs and lush seating. Tickets are $50.

Kool and the Gang
