Foxwoods Resort Casino's slot revenue dips in October 202418 November 2024(PRESS RELEASE) -- Foxwoods Resort Casino is reporting slot revenue of $27.1 million for the month of October 2024. This results in a $6.8 million direct payment to the State of Connecticut in accordance with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation’s long-standing slot revenue contribution agreement. Since 1993, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation has directly deposited over $4.7 billion of Foxwoods’ slot revenue into the state’s budget fund. Late October, Foxwoods announced the opening of Momosan by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto to debut this spring, located in the Great Cedar Concourse. The resort casino hosted promotions in October including giving Foxwoods Rewards Members a chance to win $75,000 in cash. Foxwoods also rolled out several promotions for guests including its $100,000 Hot Seat; up to 5X Tier Credits and 4X Rewards Points multipliers, letting guests tier up and earn Foxwoods Rewards Points faster than ever while playing their favorite slots or table games. Performances that took place at Foxwoods in October include country favorites, Travis Tritt, Trace Adkins, LeAnn Rimes and Lee Brice, comedian Becky Robinson, rock bands Dirty Honey and Halloween events including Sinister Soiree and Spooky Bash. Earlier this month, casino resort also announced the return of Royal Rose on 16 February, where guest will sample everything rose – wines, seltzers, spirits and more! They will be immersed in a pink wonderland and be dazzled by incredible live performances. Performances that took place at the resort casino earlier this month include Celtic Thunder, Kevin James and icon Smokey Robinson. Looking ahead, Foxwoods will continue to roll out events and promotions you can’t find anywhere else with promotions including, $75,000 Cash Sweepstakes through 19 November, 98 Degrees & Bell Biv Devoe on 23 November and BeerFest on 30 November. |
