Foxwoods Resort Casino's June 2024 slot revenue15 July 2024(PRESS RELEASE) -- Foxwoods Resort Casino is reporting slot revenue of $29.3 million for the month of June 2024. This results in a $7.5 million direct payment to the State of Connecticut in accordance with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation’s long-standing slot revenue contribution agreement. Since 1993, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation has directly deposited over $4.6 billion of Foxwoods’ slot revenue into the state’s budget fund. In June, the resort casino hosted its annual Tacos & Tequila Fiesta where guests indulged in delicious tacos while sampling smooth tequila, live music, a 360-selfie station, and a mechanical bull ride. Foxwoods also announced the return of its annual SummerFest celebrations with $2.5 million in cash and prizes including a winner-take-all all $250,000 giveaway, Foxwoods’ biggest 100% guaranteed cash giveaway of the year. From 1 July to 31 August, Foxwoods guests can play their favorite slots or table games with their Foxwoods Rewards Card and receive one entry for every Rewards Point earned with the winner announced on Saturday, 31 August 2024. During SummerFest guests also have a chance to win their share of $10,000 in cash and every Thursday in July and August, Foxwoods Rewards Members can enter the $135,000 Hot Seat for even more chances to win. Foxwoods also rolled out several promotions for guests including its 3X Tier Credits, 3X Rewards Points, 4x Tier Credits, and 4X Rewards Points promotions letting guests tier up faster than ever while playing their favorite slots or table games. Performances that took place at Foxwoods in June include country superstar Miranda Lambert, Scott Keo: A Tribute to Michael Bublé, An Evening with the Original Fab Five: 20 Years Later, The Clairvoyants, Donny Osmond, and comedians Michael Blackson, Nikki Glaser, and Nurse Blake. Earlier this month, Foxwoods annual Firecracker Bingo was held on 6 July, with up to $500,000 in prize payouts. Guest also enjoyed a splash of summer with the return of the resort casino's elevated Sunday experience Wave Foxwoods Day Party on 7 July with the Red, White, & Blue party. Guests can tier up faster than ever while playing their favorite slots or table games with promotions including 4x Tier Credits on July 27 and 5X Rewards Points on July 28. Performances that took place at the resort casino earlier this month included UB40, Jamey Johnson, Jeff Arcuri, and Boys Like Girls. Looking ahead, Foxwoods will continue to roll out events and promotions you can’t find anywhere else with a fan-favorite summer celebration, Cocktail Carnival making its way back to Foxwoods, serving up carnival-inspired cocktails, carnival games, a selfie station, and interactive experiences for guests 21+ on 31 August. Performances taking place at Foxwoods for the remainder of June include Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo on 19 July, Steve Earle on 19 July, Yacht Rock the Dock: Christopher Cross, Ambrosia & Friends on 21 July, Cinderella’s Tom Keifer on 26 July, Jerry Seinfeld on 27 July, and Bob Marley on 27 July. |
