Foxwoods Resort Casino slot revenue decreases in December 202519 January 2026(PRESS RELEASE) -- Foxwoods Resort Casino is reporting a slot revenue of $29.9 million for the month of December 2025, resulting in a $7.5 million direct payment to the State of Connecticut in accordance with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation’s longstanding slot revenue contribution agreement. Since 1993, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation has contributed more than $4.8 billion of Foxwoods’ slot revenue to the state’s budget fund. December transformed Foxwoods into the Northeast’s premier holiday entertainment destination, delivering a month filled with blockbuster performances, immersive seasonal programming, and unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebrations. The month kicked off on 6 December with Bingo Unleashed: SantaCon, an over-the-top holiday party-meets-bingo experience, followed by Jessica Simpson, who hosted Foxwoods’ annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and later took the stage for a special concert featuring her greatest hits. Rock legends took over the Premier Theater on 12 December as Loverboy & 38 Special delivered a powerhouse night of anthems, while Jerry Seinfeld filled the house on December 13 with his signature observational humor. The holiday magic continued 14 December with Champions of Magic: Holiday Spectacular, filling the Great Cedar Showroom with grand illusions, mind-bending tricks, and family-friendly seasonal wonder. The final week of the year was packed with high-energy performances, led by JUMP – America’s Van Halen Experience & Hugo: The Ultimate Journey Tribute on 27 December, and the Totally Tubular Festival on 28 December, featuring A Flock of Seagulls, Men Without Hats, Thomas Dolby, The Romantics, Bow Wow Wow, and Tommy Tutone for a nonstop ‘80s throwback party. Festivities peaked on 31 December with two New Year’s Eve celebrations: Bingo Unleashed: NYE Bash in the High Stakes Bingo Hall and NYE26 – Back To The Prom ft. The Dan Band in the Rainmaker Expo, each offering DJs, live entertainment, and midnight celebrations to ring in 2026. Beyond entertainment, Foxwoods delivered a festive winter experience throughout the property with its A Season Like No Other holiday programming. Guests laced up at the Foxwoods Ice Rink, enjoyed Breakfast with Santa, sang along at Drag Me to Karaoke with Loosey LaDuca, and dined amid seasonal décor and holiday menus across the resort, including at Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen and the ornament-filled Cedars Steaks & Oysters. From headline entertainment to immersive holiday programming and epic New Year’s Eve celebrations, December at Foxwoods Resort Casino delivered a month defined by standout entertainment and festive resort-wide experiences. |
