Foxwoods Resort Casino announces Revolution Rock Festival9 June 2016(PRESS RELEASE) -- Foxwoods Resort Casino, the Northeast's premier resort destination, this week announced it would host the inaugural Revolution Rock Festival – the area's first-ever outdoor rock concert – in partnership with AEG Live. Sponsored by Monster Energy, the festival will take place on September 17 and feature an unparalleled lineup of headlining rock acts including Avenged Sevenfold, Slayer, Volbeat, Chevelle, Of Mice & Men, Anthrax, Ghost, Killswitch Engage, Sevendust, The Amity Affliction, KYNG, Nothing More, Twelve Foot Ninja, Crobot, and Devour The Day. "We are thrilled to be partnering with entertainment powerhouse AEG Live to bring the Revolution Rock Festival to Mashantucket and Foxwoods Resort Casino," says Felix Rappaport, president and CEO of Foxwoods. The all-day rock extravaganza will take place on land to the northwest of the Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods. Presale tickets start at $59.50 and are now available, with the public on-sale starting at $79.50 on Friday, June 10 at 10 a.m. Foxwoods will also offer a limited number of VIP Hotel Packages that include VIP Lounge access, weekend hotel stay, and a $25 merchandise voucher per person.
