Foxwoods Resort Casino announces February 2024 slot revenue15 March 2024(PRESS RELEASE) -- Foxwoods Resort Casino is reporting slot revenue of $30.3 million for the month of February 2024. This results in a $7.6 million direct payment to the State of Connecticut in accordance with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation’s long-standing slot revenue contribution agreement. Since 1993, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation has directly deposited over $4.6 billion of Foxwoods’ slot revenue into the state’s budget fund. Last month, Foxwoods celebrated its 32nd Anniversary on February 15 with an impressive line-up of exciting plans, including major property enhancements, hotel room renovations, and new F&B options such as Sprinkletown Donuts & Ice Cream and Grace by Nia. In collaboration with NBC CT, Foxwoods also granted a fortunate couple a $50,000 Dream Wedding Giveaway during the anniversary celebration. Foxwoods also rolled out several events, promotions, and one-of-a-kind experiences, including its signature Royal Rose event, where guests enjoyed tastings of rose-themed libations and pink-themed Instagram-worthy photo spots followed by the Royal Rose Drag Show at Centrale. Guests enjoyed a delectable three-course meal at Cedars Steaks & Oysters to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and a traditional Lion Dance performance to celebrate the Year of the Dragon. Additionally, its February Hotel Sale gave guests the chance to plan their getaway to Foxwoods to receive up to 30% off their stays. Performances that took place at Foxwoods in February include Ari Shaffir, Bob Marley, Brantley Gilbert, Boys II Men, Flogging Molly, Tim Dillon, Theresa Caputo, Testament, and CES MMA 76. Earlier this month, the resort casino announced its March Hotel Sale, giving guests the chance to plan their getaway to Foxwoods to receive up to 30% off deluxe rooms, fine dining options, and thrilling activities for stays from 1 May through 31 July. Looking ahead to the rest of March, Foxwoods is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day on 16 March with the debut of ShamROCKED Shenanigans where guests can enjoy live music, authentic bagpipers, photo-op areas, and a beer garden. All guests will have a chance to win great prizes – including a trip to Ireland.
