Foxwoods presents November entertainment lineup

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Foxwoods Resort Casino, the Northeast’s premier hotel, gaming, shopping and entertainment destination, is hosting a star-studded lineup of entertainment acts this November. Foxwoods’ wide selection of entertainment choices includes concerts from Grammy winners, stand-up by comedy’s biggest stars and the hottest magic show in the northeast. The top-of-the-line acoustics and dazzling lighting at both the Grand Theater and the Fox Theater take the entertainment experience to new heights. Guests at Foxwoods Resort Casino will find everything they can dream of and more!

Tickets for all shows may be purchased online at the Foxwoods website or by calling the Foxwoods Box Office at 800-200-2882 or Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000. Tickets are also available on site at any Foxwoods Box Office.

Tours of Distinction Presents: 4Troops
WHEN: November 4, 2 p.m.
WHERE: Fox Theater
Four close-knit combat veterans are coming to Foxwoods Resort Casino to sing on behalf of a very special cause. 4Troops has prepared a night of patriotic music in order to honor the sacrifices of our troops and create awareness for the needs of the United States military. Tickets can be purchased for $49.95.

The Commission Presents: Festival of Praise
WHEN: November 6, 8 p.m.
WHERE: Grand Theater
Foxwoods is excited to bring the Festival of Praise tour to our Grand Theater stage. We have quite the lineup planned for this night of Gospel music. Fred Hammond (“Blessed”), Israel Houghton, Donnie McClurkin (“We Fall Down”), Kim Burrell, Isaac Carree, Jessica Reedy, Zacardi Cortez, and Marcus Wiley will all be contributing their talents to this event. Tickets are $35 and $55.

Connecticut Power Fit Expo
WHEN: November 7 and 8, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
WHERE: Premier Ballroom
From competitive Crossfit to Powerlifting the Connecticut Power Fit Expo is filled with events that are sure to get the heart pumping. This year the North American Challenge arm wrestling league will be exhibiting their talents with both professional and amateur level arm wrestling. The strongest competitors from coast to coast will be gathering at this event to compete in a world-class powerlifting competition. This athletic event is sure to excite all the fitness fanatics who attend. General admission is $25.

Jim Breuer
WHEN: November 7, 8 p.m.
WHERE: Fox Theater
Lovable and downright hilarious comedian Jim Breuer is one of the most recognizable comedians in the business and was even named one of Comedy Central’s 100 GREATEST STAND-UPS OF ALL TIME. With over 20 years of comedic experience SNL veteran Jim Breuer easily charms his audience and creates an unforgettable night of comedy. Tickets are $30, $45 and $60.

Victor Manuelle will be bringing his incredible talent to Foxwoods Resort Casino on his Que Suenen Los Tambores Tour of 2015. Manuelle has won numerous awards for his Latin pop music including the ASCAP Golden Note Award and multiple GRAMMYs. An amazing 42 of his singles have hit the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart. He is known for hit songs “Maldita Suerte” and “Si Tú Me Besas.” Tickets can be purchased for $58, $78 and $178.

Jethro Tull – The Rock Opera – Performed by Ian Anderson
WHEN: November 8, 7 p.m.
WHERE: Grand Theater
Foxwoods is proud to welcome Jethro Tull – The Rock Opera to the stage at the Grand Theater. This show, as performed by Ian Anderson, tells the story of English Agricultural inventor, Jethro Tull. With David Gooier on bass, John O’Hara on keyboard, Florian Opahle on guitar and Scott Hammond on drums, the Grand Theater will be filled with a rich sound. Jethro Tull will feature classics such as “Living in the Past” and “A New Day Yesterday” as well as a plethora of newly-written songs. Tickets are $40 and $60.

WHEN: November 12, 8 p.m. and November 15, 7 p.m.
WHERE: Grand Theater
“Queen of Hip-Hop Soul” Mary J. Blige has redefined the genre of R&B. With songs like “Real Love” and “Family Affair” Blige has influenced a generation of artists. As a nine-time GRAMMY award winner, Mary J. Blige has sold more than 50 million albums worldwide. In honor of her upcoming tour, a free digital download of her 2014 album, The London Sessions, is included with every ticket order. Tickets are $78-$128.

The SUPERNATURALISTS – Limited Engagement Starring Criss Angel

The SUPERNATURALISTS are coming back to Foxwoods and this time Criss Angel will be a part of the show. The SUPERNATURALISTS feature 9 mind-blowing musicians including “The Illusionist” Landon Swank, “The Femme Fatale of Legerdemain” Krystyn, “The Mentalist” Banachek, “The Escape Artist” Spencer Horsman, “The Manipulator” Stefan Vanel, “The Street Magician” Adrian Vega, “The Dog Conjuror” Johnny Dominguez and the “Jokers” Maestro and Fifi. My Sisters and Me

Kathy Sledge (“We Are Family”), Deniece Williams (“Let’s Hear it for the Boy”), Karyn White (“Superwoman”) and Cece Peniston (Finally) join together to bring Foxwoods guests a night of feel-good music. With a variety of music genres, this concert caters to any music lover. Tickets range from $43-$83.

Lion Fight 26
WHEN: November 20, 7 p.m.
WHERE: Fox Theater
Action-packed Muay Thai competition Lion Fight is returning to Foxwoods Resort Casino this November. The audience will be at the edge of their seats as they watch Muay Thai fighters such as Super Lightweight Champion Tetsuya Yamato and Women’s Featherweight Champion Tiffany Van Soest battle it out. Tickets cost $55 and $95.

Clint Holmes
WHEN: November 21, 8 p.m.
WHERE: Fox Theater
Best known for his hit single in the ‘70s, “Playground in My Mind,” Clint Holmes has redefined the standard for vocalists everywhere. With the perfect mix of Sinatra’s legendary repertoire, contemporary classics, and original music, Holmes never fails to deliver an amazing performance. Tickets are $20.

Brian Setzer Orchestra 12th Annual Christmas Rocks! Tour
WHEN: November 27, 8 p.m.
WHERE: Grand Theater
Three-time GRAMMY award winner Brian Setzer will be center stage at Foxwoods Resort Casino for his 12th Annual Christmas Rocks! tour. Setzer has been cited as one of the world’s greatest living guitarists and even has an elite Gretsch guitar model named after him. This concert is sure to put anyone in the holiday spirit. Tickets are $20 and $40.

Ladies Night Out 3

Award winning R&B artists Keith Sweat (“I Want Her”), Guy (“Groove Me”) and Johnny Gill (“Boys To Men”) are bringing their outstanding musical talent to Foxwoods for the Ladies Night Out 3 concert. Tickets can be purchased for $58, $78 and $178.
