Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun revenues rise finally18 August 2010CONNECTICUT -- Finally a rise in revenue for Connecticut casinos occurred last month, The Boston Herald reported. Mohegan Sun revenue was up 1.8% for July over last year, while Foxwoods rose 1.3%, the report said. This follows months and months of declining revenue and has some people in Massachusetts smarting over missed revenue that has been lost to Connecticut, according to the Boston Herald report. Last month Massachusetts governor refused to sign an expanded gambling bill, the report noted. |
