Foundation Room in Las Vegas unveils new menu offerings27 February 2024(PRESS RELEASE) -- Take your taste buds to the next level with a tantalizing array of new menu items at Foundation Room. The additions to both the lounge and restaurant menus are now available for guests to savor atop the 63rd floor of Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. The lounge menu boasts enticing new selections, including: - Adobo Chicken Wings with crispy garlic, diced tomatoes, Thai chili, scallions and cilantro - Lobster Roll, a New England roll featuring lobster salad and charred lemon, served with fries and fry sauce - Papas Bravas, crispy potatoes with salsa brava and smoked paprika aioli Additions to the restaurant’s dinner menu include the following: - Roasted Bone Marrow with toasted French baguette, peppercorn sauce and chives - Crispy Pork Belly swith pickled mushrooms and papaya salad - French Onion Soup served with French baguette crouton and gruyere cheese - Shellfish Platter featuring lobster salad, crab claws, oysters and jumbo shrimp accompanied with a yuzu mignonette and horseradish cocktail sauce - Braised Short Rib with red wine braised-pickled onion, roasted parsnips, baby tri-color carrots and sunchokes - 10-ounce Prime Rib Cap, available a la carte - 10-ounce tabasco rubbed Wagyu Skirt, available a la carte - Vegan Risotto featuring jackfruit confit, mushrooms, microgreens and lemon oil - Brussels Sprouts with bordelaise sauce and Duroc bacon Foundation Room lounge is open Tuesday – Sunday from 6 p.m. until 1 a.m. The dining room is open Tuesday – Thursday and Sunday from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. |
