Foundation Gaming Group finalizes acquisition of Vicksburg, Mississippi casino1 November 2015(PRESS RELEASE) -- Foundation Gaming Group, LLC announced today that it has completed, through an affiliate, Foundation Gaming & Entertainment, LLC, the previously announced acquisition of the DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel - Vicksburg in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The Company also announced that Jeff Dahl has joined the Company as Principal and Co-CEO of Foundation Gaming & Entertainment, LLC, and will play an integral part in the operation of the property and the future growth of the Company.
