Foundation Gaming Group agrees to acquire DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel - Vicksburg

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Foundation Gaming Group, LLC announced today that the Company, through an affiliate, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel - Vicksburg in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions. The Company currently manages the Vicksburg and Bossier City DiamondJacks properties and will continue to manage the Bossier City DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel property after the proposed transaction.
