Former Exec Sentenced in Casino Prostitution Ring

ATLANTIC CITY – As reported by the Press of Atlantic City: "A former executive director of Far East marketing at Bally's Atlantic City casino admitted Wednesday in federal court in Camden that he helped arrange prostitution for casino patrons.

"U.S. District Court Judge Jerome B. Simandle sentenced James Kim, 30, of Egg Harbor Township, to one year of probation and $2,000 in fines.

"Kim, charged with conspiracy to arrange prostitutes for casino patrons and use of the telephone in aid of a racketeering enterprise - in this case for the purposes of arranging prostitution - pleaded guilty to the telephone charge, Assistant U.S. Attorney Jason Richardson said…"
