Former Atlantic City exec to run Presque Isle Downs

PENNSYLVANIA -- A former Atlantic City gaming executive, Fred A. Buro, has been selected to head up Presque Isle Downs & Casino, according to The Press of Atlantic City.

The news was announced in an MTR conference call, the report said.

Fred Buro previously worked at Atlantic City Tropicana Casino and Resort and testified on job lay-offs, when New Jersey removed Tropicana's license, the Press of Atlantic City report noted.
