Fontainebleau Las Vegas unveils December entertainment

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the 67-story luxury resort and casino brought to life by Fontainebleau Development, has unveiled a diverse entertainment lineup to kick off the resort’s first weeks following its 13 December grand opening. This inaugural group of acclaimed DJs, celebrated vocalists, instrumentalists, and more will perform at Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ signature restaurants and lounges, bringing an electrifying energy to this new era of luxury hospitality and entertainment.

Papi Steak

Open Mondays through Sundays from 5:30 p.m. through 11:00 p.m.

The sister restaurant to the world-famous Miami Beach original, Papi Steak, named for partner David “Papi” Einhorn, combines Golden Era Hollywood style with Groot Hospitality’s signature flair, offering a dynamic take on the steakhouse experience. Guests can anticipate elevated dining, eye-catching design, and a lineup of impressive DJ talent. Reservations can made online.

Komodo

Open Thursdays through Mondays from 5:30 p.m. through 11:00 p.m.

Connecting the flair of Las Vegas with the energy and regional flavors? of Southeast Asia, Groot Hospitality’s Komodo offers a high energy – and highly memorable – dining experience highlighted by its signature Peking duck, rotating specials, a full sushi bar, and bespoke cocktails. The third location of the Miami-born concept serves a one-of-a-kind transportive dining experience for guests, with December dining complemented by nightly DJ performances. Washing Potato

From restaurateur Alan Yau comes Washing Potato, a whimsical dining destination that takes guests on a journey through the delicate and intricate traditions of dim sum. The dining room’s abstract, modern architecture serves as the “stage” for every meal, as guests indulge in thoughtful bites that ignite the imagination, while enjoying the sounds of local and nationally recognized turntable talent. Nowhere Lounge

Open Mondays through Sundays from 11:00 a.m. through 3:00 a.m.

Soon to be a not-so-well-kept secret, Nowhere Lounge provides an intriguing, speakeasy-style experience with vibrant cocktails alongside jazz, impromptu live music, and unexpected entertainment. The elegant bar and lounge namesake holds historical value, referencing Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s iconic Morris Lapidus-designed “Stairs to Nowhere.” More information can be found and private event reservations can be made online.

Azul

An agave-driven bar and lounge with vibrant Mexican design influences, Azul will feature a selection of premium tequilas, mezcals, and other fine spirits, alongside a unique cocktail menu.
