Fontainebleau Las Vegas is ready to ring in 202421 December 2023(PRESS RELEASE) -- Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the luxury resort and casino brought to life by Fontainebleau Development, will celebrate its first New Year’s Eve on the Las Vegas Strip. Guests will ring in the new year with an extraordinary lineup of live music entertainment and dining options at its signature restaurants, bars and nightlife venues including original Fontainebleau Las Vegas concepts Azul, Don’s Prime, and Nowhere Lounge restaurateur Alan Yau’s Washing Potato, Chef Evan Funke’s Mother Wolf, Asian-inspired destination KYU and Groot Hospitality’s Papi Steak, Komodo and LIV. Additionally, Fontainebleau Las Vegas will serve as a destination for the Strip’s annual New Year’s Eve “America’s Party” fireworks festivities, with an impressive pyrotechnics display, co-produced by Fireworks by Grucci, to be launched from the resort’s rooftop just before midnight on 31 December. Fontainebleau Las Vegas New Year’s Eve offerings include: Azul An agave-driven bar and lounge with vibrant Mexican design influences, Azul is a Fontainebleau Las Vegas original featuring a selection of premium tequilas, mezcals, and other fine spirits, alongside a unique cocktail menu. Swiss Latin instrumental band Hermanos Gutiérrez will perform a DJ set New Year’s weekend and New Year’s Day at Azul. Following the Stardust performance, jazz musician Dandy Wellington takes over the Nowhere stage on Dec. 31 and Jan. 1.
