Fontainebleau Las Vegas introduces Taste of Fontainebleau17 May 2024(PRESS RELEASE) -- Fontainebleau Las Vegas, celebrated as one of 2024’s ‘Best New Hotels in North America and Europe’ by “Esquire,” is giving guests premier access to its world-class restaurant collection with the debut of ‘Taste of Fontainebleau.’ The exclusive three-course prix fixe menus will be offered for select 90 minutes of service Sundays through Thursdays, beginning 16 June through 5 September, at eight of the resort’s acclaimed restaurants. “Taste of Fontainebleau is an incredible opportunity for both guests and locals alike to indulge in the culinary excellence that defines our resort,” says Fontainebleau Las Vegas Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage, Anthony Olheiser. “These menus have been expertly crafted to highlight the best of the best, giving guests a taste of each restaurant at an approachable price point.” Exclusive Taste of Fontainebleau menus will be available at: Chyna Club | 5: 30 p.m. to 7 p.m. | $75 per person Don’s Prime | 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. | $85 per person Komodo | 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. | $75 per person KYU | 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. | $65 per person La Fontaine | 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. | $45 per person The Tavern | 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. | $45 per person Vida | 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. | $40 per person (lunch service only) Washing Potato | 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. | $45 per person Additionally, guests will have the opportunity to validate their valet when visiting the resort with the resort’s new valet validation offer. Now through Labor Day, guests can validate their valet when dining at any of the resort’s world-class restaurant collection, for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or enjoying a signature cocktail at one of the resort’s unique bars and lounges. Additionally, guests who spend at retail spaces such as Missoni and Aquamarine, treatments at Lapis Spa & Wellness, and IGK Salon are included in the valet validation promotion. |
