Florida court reject slot case28 September 2007FLORIDA -- As reported by the Miami Herald: "The Florida Supreme Court Thursday rejected a request that it rule on a case challenging the legal basis for slot machines in South Florida, sending the lawsuit back to the trial court in Tallahassee. "The high court said the case did not meet basic criteria for a Supreme Court decision, effectively returning the lawsuit to Circuit Judge Nikki Ann Clark of Tallahassee.
