FLIPT opens at Rivers Casino17 October 2018(PRESS RELEASE) -- “FLIPT,” the contemporary burger-and-shake restaurant unique to Rush Street properties, is making its debut at Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh today, Wednesday, 17 October, at 11 a.m. Rivers Casino invites all guests 21 years of age and over to come and enjoy their first FLIPT burger, along with many new and familiar menu items. The burger-mecca menu has high standards and uses only top-quality, fresh ingredients. Notable burgers you won’t want to miss include the “Breakfast Burger” with cherrywood smoked bacon, an over-easy egg and aged cheddar, the “Impossible Burger,” the menu’s plant-based veggie burger and the unique “FLIPT Burger Wrap,” which includes all the fixings, minus the bun. Fries are fresh-cut and prepared on site, worthy of the homemade burgers—and worth a trip on their own. Other menu items include:
