Fitzgeralds Casino-Hotel to shut down November 301 October 2008RENO, Nevada -- As reported by KTVN Reno: "Fitzgeralds casino-hotel announced it will be closing it's doors for good on Novermber 30th. "L3 Development, the company that bought Fitzgeralds last year says it's time to bring in something new. "The company plans to convert the landmark into a boutique hotel, moving away from a gaming centric model. Instead the developers want to fill it up with restaurants and shops. "...475 employees will be losing their jobs at the end of November..." |
