Financial Consultant Steals £10 Million

UNITED KINGDOM – As reported by the icWales: "Gambling-mad former financial consultant stole £10 million to bankroll an unsuccessful obsession with horse racing, it emerged today.

"Graham Price, 58, of Llansamlet, Swansea, south Wales, stole millions of pounds from the Halifax Bank to fund his secret gambling habit.

"He also raided the accounts of 85 private investors who had entrusted their life savings to him in the belief he was making their money grow.

"…Price's secret life as a gambling addict came to an abrupt halt when the Halifax carried out an unscheduled cash audit.

"…Up until then Price had been a respected businessman in Gowerton, near Swansea, where he had worked for almost 25 years…"
