Begin the meal with an assortment of delicious appetizers, including Bacon Wrapped Beef Medallions with Romesco sauce; Salmon Cakes served with a micro green salad with dueling sauces; Pork Medallion served with sliced apples and cherry blood orange sauce; Gazpacho Soup with spring veggies; and Caesar Salad. Seasonal entree selections include Ribeye in a red wine sauce served withpotato pave and asparagus; Cedar Plank Salmon with risotto, zucchini slaw and a blood orange glaze; Linguini a la Vodka; Rosemary Lamb served with browned butter, garlic mashed potato and asparagus; and Charred Vegetable Penne Pasta with cherry tomatoes, asparagus, broccolini, red bell peppers in a house marinara.
