Fantasy Springs offering exciting New Year's Eve entertainment10 December 2015(PRESS RELEASE) -- Fantasy Springs Resort Casino will be the grooviest place to ring in 2016 as Skip Martin's "Kool Celebration" brings the funk inside LIT Ultra Lounge. The band New Breed kicks off the party at LIT Ultra Lounge at 9 p.m. to get everyone warmed up for the main event. Starting at 11 p.m., Skip Martin, a former lead singer for Kool & The Gang and The Dazz Band, takes the stage at LIT Ultra Lounge and will play hit after hit including such classics as "Jungle Boogie," "Let It Whip" and of course "Celebration." This is just one of the several fabulous ways to celebrate the New Year at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino. For those interested in a more elegant evening, Jazz musician Rose Mallet will be giving an intimate performance inside the 12th Floor Cocktail Lounge and Wine Bar -- a luxurious space featuring plush furniture, standard bar games and sweeping views of the Coachella Valley and surrounding mountains. Both parties are free and open to the public and go from 9 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. New Year's Eve. Guests must be 21 to attend either party. Guests on the gaming floor will enjoy the sounds of Revolver, Hermosa Beach's hottest cover band, until 2 a.m. As a New Year's Eve tradition, we will once again be handing out free hats, party favors and beads to all partygoers, while supplies last. Bingo pulls out all the daubers with the Happy New Year 2016 Bingo game guaranteeing $50,000 in cash prizes plus giveaway drawings. Advance tickets are on sale now -- $55 for paper and $120 for electronic games. Doors open at 3 p.m., Early Birds begin at 7 p.m.. If a family-style celebration is more your speed, you'll be happy to hear Fantasy Lanes Bowling Center is continuing its New Year tradition and offering Laser Bowling. Packages for groups of up to eight bowling enthusiasts to jump on any one of the center's 24 state-of-the-art lanes are only $140. From 9 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., the Fantasy Lanes bowling package includes lane and shoe rental for up to eight bowlers, a large cheese or pepperoni pizza, one pitcher of soda, plus New Year's Eve party favors. |
