Fantasy Springs makes it a $100K day for Helen W.

20 November 2012

INDIO, California -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Helen W. of Inglewood had quite a moment when she realized that inside the small silver briefcase at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino was the winning ticket which translated into a whole lot of cash - $100,000, to be exact.

Helen participated in Fantasy Springs Resort Casino’s $200K Lucky Ticket Giveaway promotion, which started in August and ran through November 18th when the grand prize was handed out.

Gamers qualified by swiping their Players Club cards and picking six numbers. Then at designated drawing times, if three, four, five or six of their numbers matched the numbers drawn, prizes ranging from free slot play to cash were awarded. Additionally each time players redeemed a winning ticket, they earned an entry into the guaranteed $100,000 cash giveaway. At the grand finale, there were 12 briefcases. Inside 11 of them was $1,000 cash and inside just one was $100,000. Helen W. says she plans to pay bills and help pay her daughter’s college tuition with her winnings.
