Everest Poker crowns new King of the Ring30 May 2012LONDON -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Spring edition is over and Everest Poker happily congratulates the second King of the Ring. It was a tough fight until the last day between Dutch hennie-khb and J-et from Sweden. Many bets were on J-et as he was topping off the weekly leaderboard in week 4 while hennie-khb could never win one of the weekly championships. In the end, hennie-khb was the one to win the Everest Poker title belt. In this 5-week leaderboard promotion Everest Poker called out for players to square off against fellow players for their share of $3,000 a week and the chance to become the next Everest Poker champion. Each weekly champion received $1,000 for topping the leaderboard. Weekly winners: 1 - Carnicero67 from Poland 2 - 007Looser007 from Germany 3 - schilder from the Netherlands 4 - J-et from Sweden 5 - gyik555 from Hungary After a very successful start with Dutch kopligger as the very first King of the Ring in history and a fantastic second edition with hennie-khb from the Netherlands as the worthy successor, Everest Poker will soon be looking for the next champion to wear the title belt.
