Eureka Casino Resort to debut new William Hill sportsbook and sports bar

7 September 2021

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Just in time for kickoff of the NFL season, Eureka Casino Resort, the 100% employee-owned family business located 90 minutes north of Las Vegas, will open a new William Hill Sportsbook and Sports Bar on Thursday, 9 September.

The sweeping 5,000 square-foot venue features a 9-by-21 foot video screen, visible from most all points of the casino floor, surrounded by dozens of additional high-definition, large television screens, creating an optimal and comfortable atmosphere for sports bettors.

Indoor and outdoor seating is available in private lounge areas with leather couches, as well as high top tables and a unique space for private events. The new space is not just a sportsbook but also the type of Sports Bar that fans dream of. Two massive curved bars provide seating for over 40. The bars are complimented by private VIP sofa sections and an outdoor patio that makes tailgating authentic. With a menu of gameday favorites and signature specials like French bread pizzas and smash burgers, the new venue, named e.d.p. (Eat/Drink/Play), raises the bar for sportsbooks and bars.

“e.d.p is the all-in-one sportsbook and bar experience bettors and fans have always wanted,” said Eureka President & COO Andre Carrier.

William Hill is one of the world’s leading betting and gaming companies and the largest sports betting business in the U.S., operating 113 race and sportsbooks in Nevada. The new Eureka sportsbook offers three retail betting windows and two self-serve kiosks, as well as mobile device wagering on the William Hill app.

“In partnership with the Eureka team, we made sure the sportsbook and overall customer experience was fit for royalty and we are proud of the product we delivered for the entire region to enjoy,” said David Grolman, Senior Vice President of Retail Operations for William Hill US. “Betting customers can expect friendly staff and ticket writers, self-service kiosks, and the ability to place wagers from the convenience of their mobile phone with our app.”

Eureka Casino Resort is a 60-acre retreat with views of red mesas and mountains. Additional amenities include an upscale casino experience with nearly 1,000 slots and video poker machines, as well as a live table games, a heated outdoor pool area surrounded by palm trees and tranquil gardens, an array of food and beverage options, including Gregory’s Mesquite Grill (TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Award 2021) and Town Square Buffet (TripAdvisor Restaurant Certificate of Excellence Winner), and 30,000 square feet of meeting space.

Located 35 minutes from St. George, Utah, Mesquite is an ideal destination for visiting iconic nearby landmarks such as Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon and The North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Eureka also sits within a 10-minute drive of seven of Mesquite’s best championship golf courses.
