Eureka Casino Resort debuts reimagined Gregory’s Mesquite Grill

19 December 2024

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Eureka Casinos, America’s only 100% employee-owned casino company, is celebrating the reopening of Gregory's Mesquite Grill following an extensive renovation.

This marks the first phase of a comprehensive $100 million property-wide reinvestment project that will also include a complete remodel of the hotel’s exterior and guest rooms and an expansion and renovation of the casino floor.

The reimagined Gregory's Mesquite Grill offers a sophisticated dining experience reminiscent of a bygone era of glamour. The restaurant has expanded by 7,000 square feet and now features a classic Parlour Bar, an inviting Club Room, and four private dining rooms perfect for special occasions.

Charles Woodson, NFL Hall of Famer and former Raiders star, celebrated the reopening of Gregory's on 9 December by tending bar and serving guests cocktails featuring his Woodson Whiskey and Intercept Wines.

"Tonight is an exciting kick-off for the new GMG,” Eureka CEO Andre Carrier said at the grand reopening event. "This restaurant was designed to give our guests a complete experience. Tonight’s event with Charles gave us a chance to feature great wine, a great craft cocktail, great food, and the stories and hospitality of one of the greatest football players of all time; that is a great experience.”

Gregory’s menu features new twists on classic steakhouse favorites, Italian specialties, and signature dishes. New items include Mesquite-Smoked Homemade Meatballs, Mediterranean Sea Bass, and Honey Lavender Chicken.

"Continual improvement is one of our core values and our guests deserve our best," Carrier said. “We hope the new GMG shows our long-term guests how much they are appreciated and gives new guests a reason to visit the Eureka.”

Located 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas, Eureka Casino Resort features 214 guest rooms, a casino with various gaming options, including slots, video poker, table games, and the largest sportsbook in Mesquite. Guests can also enjoy casual dining at Town Square Buffet and Mason Street Courtyard, or grab a quick bite at Victory Kitchen.

Eureka Casino Resort offers golf stay-and-play packages that include tee times at seven world-class courses within a 10-minute drive, making the resort a convenient option for golf vacations.
