England: More charges possible in horse betting related cases

20 April 2011

ENGLAND -- There may be more charges laid in horse-racing related corruption cases, The Guardian reported.

There are currently two betting cases being investigated by the British Horseracing Authority, the report said.

If charges are to be laid, they will be laid in the next two months, this is in addition to the five jockeys who face match-fixing charges, The Guardian noted.
