England: Bath to benefit from casino licence award

BATH, England -- Global Gaming Ventures have been awarded a casino licence to open a casino in Bath, which will benefit Bath's economy, according to the Bath Chronicle.

The casino will be built on a site that includes an already existing bingo hall and operated by Group Partouche, the report said.

The casino will include a hotel and will see the creation of almost 200 jobs between construction and staff, the Bath Chronicle reported.
