Encore Boston Harbor announces November Master Class schedule1 November 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- Encore Boston Harbor will continue their Master Class and wine dinner series with exciting and interactive events throughout November. These experiences are designed to provide intimate dinner experiences, expert instruction from the resort's leading specialists and spark creativity for those looking to expand their knowledge. Thursday, 7 November: Domaine Laroche Wine Dinner - Hosted in the dramatic setting of a panoramic two-bedroom suite in the Encore Boston Harbor tower, guests will enjoy a tasting menu created by Property Executive Chef Joseph Leibowitz, paired with some of the world's most renowned Chablis. The dinner kicks off a two month collaboration between Encore Boston Harbor and Domaine Laroche during which proceeds from the sale of every glass of Domaine Laroche St. Martin Chablis will be donated to Pine Street Inn, a Boston institution who provide shelter for the homeless, in the same way that Saint Martin did almost 1,300 years ago. This evening begins at 6 p.m. at Garden Lounge and seats are $195 per person. Friday, 8 November: Truffle Dinner at Sinatra – Property Executive Chef Joseph Leibowitz, Chef de Cuisine Timothy Hixson and Executive Pastry Chef Joel Reno will collaborate for an exquisite seven course truffle dinner at Sinatra. The finest truffles will be used to prepare each course from a salad with shaved white truffles and a white truffle vinaigrette, to truffle gelato and Opalys truffle macarons. Additionally, the meal will be accompanied by a selection of fine Italian wines. This dinner starts at 6 p.m. and seats are $250. Thursday, 14 November: Wine Blending – Guests will join Master Sommelier Joseph Spellmen of JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery for a tour of wine through the eyes of the winemaker. During this class, patrons will not only taste a wide variety of wines but will also create and bottle a custom blend themselves. After they make their concoctions, the group will enjoy an intimate dinner at Rare Steakhouse. This class is held from 7 p.m. until 9:45 p.m. and is $195 per person. Sunday, 17 November: Seasonal Desserts at Sinatra– Join Executive Pastry Chef Joel Reno to kick off the holiday season with a lesson in creating the perfect seasonal dessert including a yuzu yule log and pumpkin crème brulèe. Guests will learn how to make these treats for entertaining family and friends, ensuring your holiday party will always have a sweet and delicious ending. This class will be held from 12 p.m. until 3 p.m. and is $95 per person. |
