Empire Resorts directors fined25 August 2010MONTICELLO, New York -- Two Empire Resorts directors have been fined $1,000 each, The Times Record-Herald reported. Michael Brown and Au Fook Yew faced the fines for being involved in managing the company before "they were licensed", the Times Record-Herald said. The state law insists on a license from the Racing and Wagering board for such activity, The Times Record-Herald noted. |
