Electronic Game Card at NASPL/WLA event

3 October 2007

NEW YORK -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Electronic Game Card Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EGMI), announced today that it will exhibit its entire Electronic GameCard(TM) software library as well as introduce two additional games at the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries ("NASPL")/World Lottery Association ("WLA") "World Meet 2007 Convention and Trade Show", October 3 - 5, 2007 at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville. This is the Company's first appearance at this prestigious convention.

The NASPL/WLA World Meet 2007 Convention and Trade Show is a rare joint gather of NASPL and the World Lottery Association, attracting over 3,000 delegates, vendors/suppliers and conference participants representing 75 countries, with all the major North American, European and Australasian lotteries in attendance that address the $202 billion global lottery market. The 2007 trade show is expected to be a unique experience bringing together lottery sector decision-makers from around the world.

Electronic Game Card products and exhibition team can be found on the convention floor at booth No. 2, in close proximity to its North American and Italian distribution partner. Concurrent with the start of the convention, Electronic GameCard(TM) will introduce two new Electronic GameCards(TM), increasing its software library to 23 unique games in total from Tic-Tac-Toe to the ever-popular Pocket Slots GameCards. Both new GameCards take into account the longer preparation time required by the lottery industry and are thus focused on events in 2008.

However, like all the games Electronic Game Card manufactures, these two new editions are also available to the global sales promotion and the North American Indian gaming markets and will enable the company to continue to build upon its growing pipeline for 2008. "Lucky 8" is a GameCard designed in conjunction with the Beijing Olympics around the date August 8, 2008 (8-8-08). "Santa Seven" is a product focused on the Christmas Holiday season, 2008. Images of the new Electronic GameCards can be seen at electronicgamecard.com with some elements of the lottery marketing campaign for the WLA event including the promotional video and sales literature.

"Given our recent restructured agreement with our joint venture partner that freed us to speak directly with world lottery organizations, this 2007 convention is the first trade show in which we have been able to actively participate and exhibit our GameCards and software portfolio to lotteries across the globe," commented Roger Holdom for Electronic Game Card. "The 2007 WLA convention is larger than in preceding years, occupying 145,000 square feet and our booth location is very much a focal point for visitors to the Exhibition. We're looking forward to a very busy show!"
