Easy Computing, Poker Academy sign deal

5 April 2007

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Easy Computing today announced an agreement with Poker Academy, the leading Texas Holdem poker software developer, to publish "Poker Academy Texas Holdem" for the PC in Belgium and the Netherlands.

"Consistently receiving the highest marks in poker software reviews and on-going praise from poker pros like Antonio "The Magician" Esfandiari and Scott Fischman, Two Time WSOP Champion, Poker Academy software is an incredibly powerful, full featured poker simulator and advanced poker training tool for Texas Hold'em, featuring sophisticated opponent artificial intelligence to help users become better players.

Rated "Excellent" by PC Gamer, Poker Academy software features limit, no limit, ring, and tournament play, as well as an online community where users can test their skills against other players. In addition to a number of cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence techniques, the bots in Poker Academy software utilize statistical modeling, neural networks, and advanced understanding of game theory to dynamically adapt their play to exploit patterns in a user's game.

"We are thrilled to be working with Easy Computing to bring the most advanced Texas Holdem poker software to Belgium and the Netherlands," says Kurt Lange, president and chief executive of Poker Academy. "With Poker Academy, players can learn, adapt, and improve their poker abilities in just a few weeks. If you can be profitable playing Poker Academy, you will be a formidable foe in the online poker rooms and real-life casinos and card rooms."

"We are excited to be cooperating with Poker Academy. Poker is extremely popular in Belgium and the Netherlands", says Maickel Otte, Chief Executive of Easy Computing in the Netherlands. "Poker Academy offers one of the best poker learning tools available at the moment, and that's undoubtedly something to be proud of."
