Easter brunch at SAHARA Las Vegas3 March 2021(PRESS RELEASE) -- SAHARA Las Vegas invites guests to celebrate Easter Sunday with a delectable brunch at Bazaar Meat, Chef José Andrés’ award-winning restaurant where meat reigns supreme, Sunday, 4 April from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Available for $65 per person, the multi-course brunch menu from Executive Chef Candace Ochoa begins with a fruit and granola parfait, chocolate croissants and blueberry muffins for the table. During the first wave, diners can indulge in a bagel and lox cone, featuring marinated salmon roe and dill cream cheese; a half dozen fresh oysters; and Croquetas de Jamón, jamón-béchamel fritters. The second wave includes extra virgin olive oil pancakes; corned beef hash with egg63, peppers and scallions; Josper Butifarra with Matambre bacon pan tomate; patatas bravas, served with spicy tomato sauce and alioli; Setas al Ajillo with button mushrooms, garlic and onion purée; and Josper-roasted sunchokes accompanied with piquillo tapenade. For dessert, guests will be treated to Churros with Abuelita chocolate espuma and mini fruit tarts. A la carte items, including steak, caviar flights, jamón plates and desserts, will also be offered for an additional price, as well as a bottomless beverage option available for $30 per person, which includes Cava, sangria and mimosas. A children’s menu is available for $25 for children ages 12 and younger. Bazaar Meat by José Andrés will serve brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, 4 April and will not be open for dinner service that evening. The full Easter Brunch menu, with the exception of the oysters and caviar, will also be available for takeaway from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Bazaar Meat by José Andrés is the James Beard award-winning chef’s wild and wonderful celebration of the carnivorous that offers guests a groundbreaking culinary experience. Since opening at SAHARA Las Vegas, the restaurant has received numerous awards and accolades, including “Best Restaurant in Nevada” by Business Insider. Bazaar Meat by José Andrés is currently open Thursday through Sunday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. SAHARA Las Vegas has followed a comprehensive outline of health and safety protocols under the resort’s SAHARA Cares program since reopening the property in June. Under this program, the resort collaborated with health experts to establish several practices to minimize risk for guests and team members including developing a number of contactless solutions to assist with social distancing measures. In addition to protocols established under the SAHARA Cares program, Bazaar Meat by José Andrés follows the health and safety protocols established in the ThinkFoodGroup playbook. |
