Earth, Wind & Fire launching first ever Las Vegas residency

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Legendary music group Earth, Wind & Fire announced today a very special limited engagement at The Venetian Theatre inside The Venetian Las Vegas. The show will be held on 2, 4, 5, 9, 11 and 12 May 2018 at 8 p.m. This will be the band's debut residency in Las Vegas. The Earth, Wind & Fire live tour legacy is considered groundbreaking with rich history of state-or-the-art production and surprises. The residency will showcase a spectacular stage production like never seen before.

In response to the tragic Las Vegas shooting that took place 1 October, for every ticket sold to each of their six Las Vegas shows, Earth, Wind & Fire will donate $1 to the Las Vegas Victims Fund to aid the victims and their families.

Grazie loyalty members and Live Nation and Ticketmaster customers will receive access to a pre-sale beginning Wednesday, 6 December at 10 a.m. PST. All presales will end Thursday, 7 December at 10 p.m. PST. Tickets ranging in price from $59 to $299, plus applicable fees, go on sale to the general public Friday, 8 December at 10 a.m. PST. Tickets will be available for purchase at Ticketmaster, The Venetian website, any box office at The Venetian or The Palazzo, or by calling 702-414-9000 or 866-641-7469.

Earth, Wind & Fire has become one of the world top-selling musical groups of all time since its formation in 1969 in Chicago. The band sold over 100 million albums worldwide. The Earth, Wind & Fire renowned signature sound is beyond music genre or category. The band's music has become the soundtrack of many lives for over four decades and will continue to have a long and lasting impact on popular culture for many generation to come.

Its founders have been inducted into Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (2000). The National Academy of Recording Arts & Science (NARAS) bestowed its highest honor, the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award to them in 2016, totaling nine Grammy Awards.
