Durango Casino Resort announces Irv's Burgers pop-up event13 July 2023(PRESS RELEASE) -- Irv's Burgers, set to open at Durango Casino Resort's Eat Your Heart Out food hall later this year, will be hosting a pop-up dining event on Wednesday, 19 July at Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa. Providing a preview of the famed Route 66 burger stand, the event will showcase signature menu items and a glimpse of what’s to come from Sonia Hong’s iconic doodles. The event will take place from noon to 8 p.m. (or while supplies last) at Red Rock’s GridIron Grill at the Race and Sportsbook. Irv's Burgers, a long-standing establishment in Los Angeles, has been serving classic roadside burgers and fries since 1946.
