Duluth casino challenge thrown out1 April 2015DULUTH -- A federal court has thrown out a challenge to a ruling on a 1994 agreement between a Native American casino and the city, the Duluth News Tribune is reporting. The challenge was made to a National Indian Gaming Commission notice of violation in 2011 to the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa casino profit sharing agreement with the City of Duluth, the report explained. The city of Duluth had mounted a court challenge to the 2011 ruling, the Duluth News Tribune said. |
