Dubuque Greyhound Selects Mariposa

SAN DIEGO -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Venture Catalyst Incorporated ("VCAT") (OTCBB:VCAT), announced today that Dubuque Greyhound Park & Casino has licensed Mariposa, VCAT's award-winning customer relationship management ("CRM"), marketing and business intelligence software system. Located in Dubuque, Iowa, the Dubuque Greyhound Park & Casino is the first racino to license Mariposa.

Mariposa is currently in use at the Barona Valley Ranch Resort & Casino in San Diego, California, the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Greektown Casino in Detroit, Michigan, and the Stratosphere Casino Hotel & Tower and Arizona Charlie's Boulder and Arizona Charlie's Decatur in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mariposa has also been licensed to the Jackson Rancheria Casino, Hotel & Conference Center near Sacramento, California, Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort Hotel & Casino in Laughlin, Nevada, and Thunder Valley Casino located near Sacramento, California.
