Downtown Grand's Triple George Grill celebrates 12 years

25 July 2017

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Before iPhones, data plans and EDM, Triple George Grill at the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino gave birth to a new kind of independent dining experience in Downtown Las Vegas. It's time to commemorate that ambitious longevity with a major summer splash. Renowned for laying the first stone on what is now a booming metropolitan eatery, Triple George Grill will celebrate its 12th year of serving classic American-style steak, chops and seafood by launching 144 Hours of Happy Hours, along with a special shout-out to all the "Georges" with amazing dining specials that are part of the "Cheers to George" campaign.

Until 30 July, Triple George Grill will celebrate all those men (and women) who have been lucky enough to be named George. Any single George will receive a complimentary appetizer with their meal, while all double Georges (that's any two Georges who dine together) will be served a whiskey flight and dessert gratis. For the coup de gras jackpot, all triple Georges (yes, that's three Georges serendipitously feasting as one) will inherit a 96 oz. porterhouse steak and house wine, free for the table.

"The restaurant's iconic name is a symbol of nobility and an homage to the original three owners," said Case Cicchelli, Director of Food and Beverage for the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino. "We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our 12th anniversary then by doing the noble thing and paying our success forward with a cheers to all the Georges in our community."

Of course, the ever-popular Triple George Grill Power Lunch is still going strong, and new lunch specials will be announced throughout the month.

It's time to raise the glass and make a toast to a Downtown Las Vegas classic.
