Downtown Grand announces promos for March1 March 2016(PRESS RELEASE) -- Downtown Grand Las Vegas has announced a robust lineup of casino promotions for March. During the Mustang Giveaway at Downtown Grand, DOWNTOWN GRAND REWARDS members will receive one virtual drawing ticket for every 25 base points earned on slots or table games through March 26, 2016 at 9:45 p.m. On March 26, 2016 at 10 p.m., Downtown Grand will draw three winners and each will choose a prize box. The winner with the Blue Mini Mustang in their prize box will win the brand new 2016 Ford Mustang or $15,000 cash option. The additional two winners will receive $1,000 or $500 free slot play or promo chips each. DOWNTOWN GRAND REWARDS members will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Money Madness for every 25 points earned. Every Friday and Saturday in March from 7 p.m. to midnight, one (1) lucky winner will be drawn every hour to spin the Grand Money Madness Wheel for the chance to win up to $1,000 in cash. Every Wednesday in March is Irish Whiskey Wednesdays at Downtown Grand. DOWNTOWN GRAND REWARDS players who earn 250 points will receive a 375 mL bottle of Irish whiskey. Players can redeem their vouchers at the Downtown Grand Players Club and receive their Irish whiskey at the Furnace Bar. Limit 10 per person per day. Every Monday, DOWNTOWN GRAND REWARDS members will receive multiplied points and promotional entries based on tier status during the Monday Multiplier Points and Bonus Entries. White card members will receive 2X points and double entries, silver card members will receive 3X points and triple entries and black members will receive 5X points and quintuple entries. On Thursday, March 17, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., guests can try their luck with the St. Patrick's Lucky Day Come & Play Hot Seat. Seventeen lucky hot seat winners will be randomly selected to pick from the 'Grand's Lucky Pot of Gold" to win cash or free play and a drink via 'Hot Seat." One (1) $500 cash coin will be in the Lucky Pot of Gold. If the coin is not drawn throughout the day, one (1) hot seat player will be chosen to win at 10 p.m. Players will be selected at random based on current carded play. From March 17 to March 19, 2016, head to the Downtown Grand for the March Mayhem Viewing Party with an all-day buffet priced at $25 per person and cash bar. Guests can watch all of the big games in the Fremont Room each day starting at 9 a.m. with the buffet beginning at 11 a.m. Currently, the casino is offering players the chance to win big during the 250 GRAND SLOT TOURNAMENT. Guests will have multiple chances to qualify for this mega tournament, such as earning 1,000 points or more in one calendar month, earning 500 points per promotion day, winning a slot or video poker jackpot of $1,200 and above or winning the weekly free drawing. There will be twice monthly semi-final tournament prizes, as well as prizes for the top 10 tournament finalists, including the grand prize of $250,000.00 in cash and free play. The top 50 scores each month from the semi-final slot sessions will automatically win a spot in the GRAND FINALS taking place in December 2016, where 600 players will compete for finalist prizes, with one lucky winner taking home the GRAND PRIZE of $250,000 in cash and free play. Every Tuesday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., DOWNTOWN GRAND REWARDS members who are 60 years of age or older will automatically receive 6X points and free Valet (which can be validated at the Players club) for playing with Grand Senior Tuesdays. Once 60 points have been earned, seniors will then receive a free Senior Special Breakfast, discounted hot chocolate and ice cream, and entries into the weekly 60X points drawing and the monthly 60,000 point drawing. |
