Dover Downs Hotel & Casino presents August poker tournaments

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Three no-limit Texas Hold'em tournaments, including one with a $15,000-guaranteed prize pool, will be offered during the Dover Downs Hotel & Casino Poker Room's next Getaway Weekend from Aug. 12-14.
The Getaway Weekend tournament schedule includes:
- Friday, Aug. 12, 11:15 a.m.: $10,000 guaranteed, $115 buy-in, 25-minute blinds, 20,000 starting stack
- Saturday, Aug. 13, 11:15 a.m.: $15,000 guaranteed, $125 buy-in, 30-minute blinds, 30,000 starting stack
- Sunday, Aug. 14, 11:15 a.m.: $3,500 guaranteed, $50 buy-in, 20-minute blinds, 15,000 starting stack
In addition, there will be one satellite event for the Saturday, Aug. 13 $15,000-guaranteed tournament, where one player out of every five entries will earn a seat. The satellite schedule is:
- Monday, Aug. 8, 7:15 p.m.: $30 buy-in
Also, all players who are dealt in the first hand of the Aug. 8 satellite and Aug. 12-14 tournaments will receive a bonus of 500 in tournament chips.
There will be a limited number of $49-per-night hotel rooms for players who participate in the Friday, Aug. 12 or Saturday, Aug. 13 tournaments. Tournament registration must be shown to the front desk to get the discounted rate. Call (800)-711-5882 to register, using the promo code CAUGW16.

- $300 Biggest Loser: Win cash with the highest losing hand every Thursday, from 9 p.m. to midnight
- Royal Flush Bonus: Win up to $600 on the cash wheel with any royal flush
- Hotel Rooms: With four hours of poker play, rooms are as low as $29 Sunday-Thursday
