Developers scale back, might delay Concord racino resort18 February 2009KIAMESHA LAKE, New York -- As reported by The Times-Herald Record: "Concord officials have scaled back the $1 billion racino resort — and whether construction goes forward at all this spring now is unclear. ""Struggling to get financing, the partners will decide within two weeks whether they will build the resort in phases this winter and spring.
