Detroit's three casinos see drop in revenue

The Detroit Free Press reports today that gross receipts for the MGM Grand Detroit, MotorCity Casino and Greektown Casino were down 5.8% from May and 1.6% from June last year.

The Free Press reports that according to Jake Miklojcik, a gaming analyst with Michigan
Consultants in Lansing, June is typically a slower month, and any significant impact from the Hollywood Casino in Toledo or other Ohio spots won't show up for three to six months.
