Delaware Senate approves slot machines only in veterans clubs12 June 2013DOVER, Delaware -- Delaware has approved legislation to legalize slots, but only in veterans clubs, Delaware online reported. Only "fraternal benefit organizations" which have been operating for 75 years will be allowed to operate slots and poker machines, the report explained. For many years slots have been illegally operated in private clubs but the government has clamped down and legislated on the issue, Delaware online reported. |
