Delaware: Casino legislation stalled until 20112 June 2010DELAWARE -- The proposal to expand gambling in Delaware has stalled, with the governor asking for the bill to be held until 2011, The Cape Gazette reported. This delay will effect the building of the proposed Del Pointe racino among other plans, the Cape Gazette report said. The governor is believed to have delayed the bill over "sticking points" he has with it and a full slate of other legislation needing attention, the report mentioned. |
