Delaware begins phase one of online gambling28 August 2013DOVER, Delaware -- Delaware launched its online gaming venture this morning, according to a News Journal report. The state joins Nevada and New Jersey but still looks like the leader in offering its residents a comprehensive online gambling experience, the report said. The first stage allows the Delaware public to play free slot and table games online, while the end of October will see the cash version launched, the New Journal report said.
