Del American Plans Mixed Use Casino Resort

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Del American believes that in today's Las Vegas real estate market the best use for the 8.6 acre site formerly planned for Vegas 888 is for a mixed use luxury resort casino hotel.

The company continues to be very excited and active in the Las Vegas condominium market proven by the fact that Vegas Grand is currently under construction. The first phase of construction comprises 212 residences at Bella Venezia I which has now gone vertical. Vegas Grand will soon commence construction on Bella Venezia II, which includes 213 residences as well as Villa d'Este the twelve-story, 129 unit mid-rise tower.
