Decision time for Minnesota Gov. on lottery legislation30 May 2014MINNESOTA -- Minnesota Governor has to decide tonight on whether to sign a piece of legislation that will ban online scratch ticket lottery sales, the Star-Tribune reported. The Governor, Mark Dayton, has admitted being immensely torn over the issue as he has concerns about the extent of the bill and how it may impact lottery ticket sales at gas pumps and ATMs, the report said. Dayton also questions whether the legislation is designed more to protect certain interests, rather than the citizens of his state, the Star Tribune report quoted.
