Deadwood creator lost his fortune through problem gambling

LOS ANGELES, California -- Deadwood creator David Milch blew his $100m fortune gambling, according to The Independent.

Milch's wife filed suit last year against one of his managers who she alleges failed to inform of his spending, the report said.

Milch has admitted that gambling was problematic for him, while the management company deny any wrongdoing and suggest Milch's wife claim is "outrageous," according to The Independent report.
