Criticism as Loto-Quebec launch their online gambling site

The site began its life with a host of promotional offers, the report said.

The move by Quebec into online gambling has come in for hard criticism from Montreal's public health department, The Montreal Gazette said.

Loto-Quebec estimates that 10,000-20,000 will register for the site before the end of the year, The Montreal Gazette report noted.
