Courts agree with Emerald Casino decision

ILLINOIS – As reported by the Chicago Sun-Times: "A federal appellate court has ruled that the Illinois Gaming Board had the right to revoke the license of the Emerald Casino.

"Just because the village of Rosemont built a parking garage in hopes it would get final approval for a casino doesn't mean the state gaming board can't regulate gaming, Judge Diane Wood wrote..."
